| ACCOMMODATION FOR PRIVATE GUIDES, GROUP LEADERS & PILOTS | USD 270 per person per night (Group Leader Rate). • One guest tent (Group Leader Tent) is available at each camp per night for accompanying private guides / tour leaders / pilots (Group Leader) at the Group Leader Rate. • If the tent is the last available guest tent, the Group Leader will be charged the guest rate or offered a Pilot Tent (should one exist) at the Group Leader Rate. Should the Group Leader Tent be taken on any given night, the Group Leader will be charged guest rates. There is no single supplement where a Group Leader Rate is applied. • For groups of 11 guests or more, two Group Leader Rates in shared accommodation can be applied. For groups of 10 guests or less, only one Group Leader Rate can be used. Any additional Group Leader will be charged normal guest rates. • A private vehicle is mandatory where a Group Leader is travelling with the guests. | KWANDO PRIVATE & SPECIALIST GUIDE HIRE | • We often have requests for a specific Kwando guide, or a Kwando guide with a specific specialty e.g. birding or photography (Requested Guide). Requested Guides must be booked at USD 310 per guide per night. • Requested Guides must be booked for the entire stay at any camp (and not part thereof) and can be booked for multiple camps. • Fees for re-positioning and re-locating the Requested Guide are chargeable based on Moremi • A private vehicle is required and an additional cost when booking a private Kwando guide at any camp. • Therefore, total cost will be Daily Rate (USD 310 per night) + Moremi Air flight cost + Private Vehicle cost. | Voluntary | Per Person | Per Night | All ages | 2024/04/01 - 2025/03/31 | USD | 310 |
