30% deposit to be paid to secure a confirmed booking within 7 days after the confirmation.
Balance to be paid not later then 60 days prior to the date of arrival. Bookings less 60
days must be paid in full at time of booking. Bookings made from 24/12-8/1 must be
paid in full when booking. Under no circumstances may the operator deduct any amount
from the invoices due without prior authorisation from Neptune Hotels.
60-14 days: 50%, 13-0 days and no show: 100%, peak season:
90-46 days: 50%, 45-0 days and no show: 100%
Amendmends and or cancellations must be advised in written and proof of
acknowledgement by the hotel.
