Safari Air seat in charter departure times from / to Maun are co-ordinated with the arrival / departure of Air Botswana and Airlink flights from/to Johannesburg and Cape Town into and out of Maun. Travellers arriving in Maun at any other time (selfdrive travellers or Air Botswana domestic flights) may have to wait at Maun Airport for the Safari Air Scheduled seat in charter flight for that
day.
• Travellers who wish to depart at any other time should book private charters.
• For travellers travelling northbound to Kasane from the Desert & Delta Safaris camps, morning activities could be compromised as a result of this transfer.

‘Seat in aircraft’ flights arrive from the Desert & Delta Safaris Camps and Lodges at 10h30 and depart for the
Desert & Delta Camps and Lodges from Kasane Airport at 11h15. All arrivals at Kasane Airport connecting with the Safari Air scheduled
charter service (from Kasane Lodges, Victoria Falls or Livingstone), destined for the Desert & Delta Safaris Camps and Lodges, should therefore arrive at Kasane Airport no later than 10H30. Guests are required to be at the airport a minimum of 40 minutes prior to departure time.
