Kindly note that any treatments not cancelled within 12 hours prior to booking will incur a 50% cancellation fee

Upon your arrival

We invite you to arrive 15 minutes before scheduled treatment time in order to make the most of your experience. Late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment times without a reduction of the treatment cost.

Etiquette

In order to create the ultimate experience, the spa is a non-smoking area and all mobile devices must be turned off.

Dress Code

Out of respect to all our guest, the spa has a no nudity policy and bathing costumes are required while using the Hydro facilities.
