African Rock Hotel & Spa reserves the right to alter rates at any point, however any bookings on quote, provisional or confirmed status shall be honoured on original contracted rate.

Full payment is due 14 days prior to the guests arrival
Bookings cancelled 46 plus days prior to arrival will incur a 20% cancellation fee of total booking value
Bookings cancelled 45 to 31 days prior to arrival will incur a 25% cancellation fee of total booking value
Bookings cancelled 30 to 15 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee of total booking value
Bookings cancelled 14 to 7 days prior to arrival will incur a 75% cancellation fee of total booking value
Bookings cancelled 6 to 0 days prior to arrival will incur a 90% cancellation fee of total booking value

The hotel reserves the right to restrict one-night weekend or peak period bookings.
