All direct bookings require the following deposits in order to secure a booking:

FIT BOOKINGS

Days prior to arrival 0-30          Deposits 100%    Cancellation fees  75%

Days prior to arrival 30-90        Deposits 25%      Cancellation fees  25%

Days prior to arrival 90-365      Deposits 10%      Cancellation fees  10%

Days prior to arrival 365+         Deposits 5%        Cancellation fees  5%

GROUP BOOKINGS

Days prior to arrival 0-30          Deposits 100%    Cancellation fees  90%

Days prior to arrival 31-365      Deposits 20%      Cancellation fees  20%

Cancellation fees applicable as a % equal to the accommodation value, will be levied if a confirmed booking is cancelled within the above time frames.
All deposits are non-refundable.

CHILDREN: Children under the age of 12 years are welcome at Mjejane River Lodge. All children under the
age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult during game drives. Children under 12 are permitted
on safari at the sole discretion of the manager or guide. Children under the age of 6 are not permitted on safari, and where possible, a kiddie’s safari will be arranged between normal safari times. Babysitting can be arranged at the lodge at an additional charge.
The lodge reserves the right to restrict one-night weekend or peak period bookings.
