Tangala Safari Camp reserves the right to alter rates at any point, however any bookings on quote, provisional or
confirmed status shall be honoured on original contracted rate.

A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required within 7 days. Full payment of the balance is due 30 days prior to guest/s arrival, unless the booking is made within 30 days of travel, in which case full prepayment will be required immediately.

Bookings cancelled 60 - 30 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% total accommodation amount cancellation fee.
Bookings cancelled 29 - 15 days prior to arrival will incur a 75% total accommodation amount cancellation fee.
Bookings cancelled 14 - 0 days prior to arrival will incur a 90% total accommodation amount cancellation fee.

The lodge reserves the right to restrict one night weekend and peak period bookings.
