Kapama reserves the right to alter rates at any point, however any bookings on quote, provisional or confirmed status shall be honoured on original contracted rate.
All direct bookings require the following deposits in order to secure a booking:

FIT BOOKINGS

Days prior to arrival 0-30          Deposits 100%    Cancellation fees  75%

Days prior to arrival 30-90        Deposits 25%      Cancellation fees  25%

Days prior to arrival 90-365      Deposits 10%      Cancellation fees  10%

Days prior to arrival 365+         Deposits 5%        Cancellation fees  5%

GROUP BOOKINGS

Days prior to arrival 0-30          Deposits 100%    Cancellation fees  75%

Days prior to arrival 31-365      Deposits 20%      Cancellation fees  20%

Cancellation fees applicable as a % equal to the accommodation value, will be levied if a confirmed booking is cancelled within the above time frames.
All deposits are non-refundable.

CHILDREN: Children under the age of 12 years are welcome at Kapama Karula. All children under the age of
16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult during game drives and bush walks. Children under 12 are
permitted on safari at the sole discretion of the manager or guide. Children under the age of 6 are not
permitted on safari, and where possible, a kiddie’s safari will be arranged between normal safari times.
Babysitting can be arranged at the lodge at an additional charge.

The hotel reserves the right to restrict one-night weekend or peak period bookings.
