InventTour - Nyasi Tented Camp

Nyasi, which means ‘grass’ in Swahili, is named for the endless rolling plains of the Serengeti. A truly iconic vista. Vast herds of wildebeest pass just outside your tent, following a migratory path worn over time. Located in the Lamai Wedge in the northern reaches of the Serengeti, Nyasi Tented Camp affords guests seamless access to the Mara River – the iconic location of the wildebeest crossings. Experience a front row seat to the procession of more than two million wildebeest, zebra and Thomson’s gazelle as they traverse across the vast grass plains.

A tented sanctuary set amid golden grasses, Nyasi sets you in the thick of the surrounding Serengeti wilderness — fostering a closer connection with nature. Nyasi consists of eight en-suite tents and a family tent. Decor is inspired by a love of nature and raw organic materials.
